From Rodgers and Hammerstein, Cole Porter, Lennon and McCartney, Lerner and Loewe and the Broadway sensation “Rent,” the Asheville Choral Society and Music Director Lenora Thom will showcase their take on the many facets of this universal phenomenon in this annual pops concert.
Terrific tunes like “It Might as Well Be Spring,” “Autumn Leaves,” “Stormy Weather,” “Too Darn Hot,” “Time after Time,” “Defying Gravity” from Wicked, the Beatles “If I Fell,” and end with a medley from Rent, including our show’s title “Seasons of Love,” plus a toe-tapping show band, great choral arrangements, phenomenal soloists AND a bit of dancing as well.
