An Asheville favorite, Liz Carroll astounded the Celtic music world by winning the Senior All-Ireland Championship when she was just 18 years old. Since then, she has become one of traditional music's most sought after performers, and has cemented her reputation as one of the world's greatest Irish fiddlers. Joining her on stage is Dáithí Sproule, a native of Derry in the north of Ireland, a renowned traditional singer in both Irish and English, and one of the world's premier and innovative guitarists in the Irish tradition.
This concert replaces the previously scheduled concert by DeDanann, which was cancelled by the artist due to health reasons.
