Twice the holiday! Twice the hollering! Twice the guilt! Direct from its sold-out, extended Off Broadway run, this multi-award winning show is now on tour. One part lasagna, one part kreplach and two parts Prozac, My Mother’s Italian, My Father's Jewish, and I'm in Therapy stars its author, Steve Solomon, who combines comic voices, sound effects and astounding characterizations to personify the wacky side of the human condition through more than thirty characters. You’ll meet Mom, Dad, his sister the smoker, the kids’ cousin Carmine, Uncle Paulie, demented Kenny . . . all whose sole purpose was to drive Steve into therapy. They succeeded! You’ll recognize many of them: from the security guard at the airport to the people you’ve met on the street -- each one comes to life in hysterical situations.
What the critics are saying:
